通过对51例脑梗塞患者的红细胞膜微粘度(EMMV)、球结膜微循环(BCM)与20例健康对照组观察,对脑梗塞与二者的关系进行讨沦。发现脑梗塞患者组EMMV、BCM与健康对照组比较均有极显著差异(P<0.05~0.01)。这些病理变化与中风轻重程度有同步变化倾向。脑梗塞越重,膜微粘度越大,流动性越小,在微血管中通过能力降低,微循环障碍加重。提示:这种病理变化引起的血管灌注压急剧降低,微循环障碍。必须改善血液循环,降低血液粘度,尤其降低EMMV,这对脑梗塞患者的康复与治疗有一定的意义。
51 cases of cerebral infarction in patients with erythrocyte membrane microviscosity (EMMV), conjunctival microcirculation (BCM) and 20 healthy controls observed, the relationship between cerebral infarction and the two to discuss.
