目的:建立HPLC测定β-榄香烯纳米粒冻干针剂中主药含量的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇-水(95∶5)为流动相,柱温室温,检测波长210 nm。结果:β-榄香烯在0.224~1.792μg呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 6),平均加样回收率为97.0%,RSD为1.3%。结论:本法简便、灵敏、准确、重复性好,可用于β-榄香烯纳米粒冻干针剂中β-榄香烯的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of the main drug in freeze-dried β-elemene nanoparticles by HPLC. Methods: The mobile phase was methanol - water (95: 5) with high performance liquid chromatography. The column temperature was at room temperature and the detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results: There was a good linear relationship between β-elemene and 0.224-1.792 μg (r = 0.999 6). The average recoveries were 97.0% and the RSD was 1.3%. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of β-elemene in freeze-dried β-elemene nanoparticles.
