在AI(OH)_3为2wt%的使围内,Al(OH)_3的加入对铁铬系变换催化剂的活性无明显影响,但其反应前的机械强度有明显增加。穆斯堡尔谱的测定表明,添加Al(OH)_3后样品中小粒子所占百分比有明显增,Al~(3+)并未进人Fe_2O_3晶格。Al(OH)_3的作用是以胶粒的形式,包围在催化剂微粒表面,防止了Fe_2O_3粒子间的进一步聚结。成型、焙烧后,粒子间可能存在的铝氧桥联当有利于机械强度的增加。
The addition of Al (OH) 3 in the range of 2wt% AI (OH) 3 had no significant effect on the activity of the Fe-Cr-based shift catalyst, but the mechanical strength before the reaction increased obviously. The results of Mossbauer spectroscopy showed that the percentage of small particles in Al (OH) 3 samples increased obviously and Al 3+ did not enter the Fe 2 O 3 crystal lattice. The role of Al (OH) _3 is in the form of colloidal particles, surrounded by the surface of the catalyst particles to prevent further coalescence between Fe 2 O 3 particles. After forming, calcination, particles may exist between the aluminum oxide bridge conducive to the increase of mechanical strength.
