余甘子(Phylienthus Cmblica L.),为大戟科叶下珠属(油柑属),落叶乔木或灌木的果实。既是一种普遍使用的药物,又是一种优质水果。主要产于福建、台湾、广西、贵州、云南和四川等地。主要品种有粉甘、秋白、枣甘、六月白、赤皮、扁甘、山甘、人面仔、狮头等。果实的化学成分主要有维生素C、碳水化合物、有机酸、维生素PP、纤维素、果酸、丹宁、蛋白质、脂肪、维生素B_1维生素B_2、胡萝卜素、色氨酸、蛋氨酸、赖氨酸、钨、磷、铁、钾等。由于品种和产地不同,上述成分含量差异很大。笔者对四川产的17种余甘子维生素C及各类氨基酸含量与品种和产地关系进行了研究。 材料与方法
Phylienthus Cmblica L. is the fruit of the genus Euphorbiaceae, a deciduous tree or shrub. It is both a commonly used drug and a good quality fruit. It is mainly produced in Fujian, Taiwan, Guangxi, Guizhou, Yunnan and Sichuan. The main varieties are powder Gan, autumn white, jujube, June white, red skin, flat Gan, Shan Gan, human face Aberdeen, lion’s head and so on. The chemical composition of the fruit is mainly vitamin C, carbohydrate, organic acid, vitamin PP, cellulose, acid, tannin, protein, fat, vitamin B_1 vitamin B_2, carotene, tryptophan, methionine, lysine, tungsten , phosphorus, iron, potassium and so on. Due to different varieties and origins, the contents of the above ingredients vary greatly. The authors studied the relationship between the content of vitamin C and various amino acids and the varieties and origins of 17 Phyllanthus spp. Materials and Methods
