新型辅助T细胞亚群的发现,如IL-17生成Th细胞(Th17细胞)及调节T细胞(Treg细胞)等细胞,为我们对免疫应答、自身免疫疾病及感染免疫的分子机制的理解提供了新的视角,对经典的Th1/Th2免疫途径做出修正。对基因缺陷鼠的研究证据提示IL-17和Th17细胞在鼠的关节炎模型、脑脊髓炎等自身免疫性疾病的进展起重要的作用,而这些疾病过去被认为是经典的Th1细胞介导的疾病。Th17细胞在过去被认为是经典的Th2细胞介导的过敏性疾病中也发挥着作用。本文对Th17和IL-17与变应性哮喘、变应性鼻炎、变应性皮炎的文献进行综述。
The discovery of new helper T-cell subsets, such as IL-17-producing Th cells and Treg cells, provides us with an understanding of the molecular mechanisms of immune responses, autoimmune diseases and infection immunity A new perspective, the classic Th1 / Th2 immune path to be amended.
