结合广东清连一级公路改造升级工程,针对水泥混凝土加铺层结构,建立基于AN SY S有限元的力学模型和相关计算参数,分别对设置“黑”色和“白”色中间层的水泥混凝土加铺层结构进行荷载应力分析。通过观察不同中间层(厚度和模量)结构对水泥混凝土加铺层荷载应力的影响规律,得出设置“黑白”中间层的合理结构。该研究结果经实体工程验证,效果较好,对水泥混凝土加铺层中间层结构的设置和优化具有十分重要的价值。
Combined with the reconstruction and upgrading project of Qinglian Grade I Highway in Guangdong Province, the mechanical model and related calculation parameters based on AN SY S finite element are established for the concrete overlay structure. The “Black” and “White” colors The middle layer of the cement concrete overlay structure for load stress analysis. By observing the influence of different middle layer (thickness and modulus) structure on the load stress of cement concrete overlay, we get the reasonable structure to set the middle layer of “black and white”. The result of this project is validated by physical engineering and has a good effect. It is of great value to the setting and optimization of the structure of the middle layer of overlay in cement concrete.
