目的 观察 ME- 1型空气消毒器对不同场所空气的消毒效果。方法 将 ME- 1型空气消毒器挂于消毒室内侧壁上 ,用 FA- 1型多级撞击式采样器以 2 8.3L/ min在室内中间 1m高处 ,分别于消毒前和消毒不同时间采样 ;平板 37℃培养 4 8h计数。结果 无人在情况下 ,开机 4 0 min和 6 0 m in,分别可使 2 5 m3和 4 5 m3房间内空气中自然菌减少 90 %以上 ,且消毒后空气中自然菌剩余菌数在 136 CFU/ m3以下 ;于人在情况下也同样达到较好的消毒效果 ,开机 4 0 m in,可使空气中的自然菌减少 90 %以上 ,消毒后空气中自然菌菌数控制在 187CFU/ m3范围内。结论 ME- 1型空气消毒器具有较好的消毒效果 ,既可用于无人在时空气消毒 ,又可用于人在情况下的空气连续消毒。
