高职院校旅游管理专业实践性很强,行业政策变化很快,尤其要求专业教师具备“双师”素质,对教师的实践能力提出了更高的要求。到旅行社进行生产实践是实现教师实践能力提高的重要途径。本文从政府、学校、企业和教师本人四个方面分析了目前高职院校旅游管理专业教师到旅行社生产实践存在的问题,并提出了解决的方案。
The tourism management specialty of higher vocational colleges is very practical and the industry policy changes rapidly. In particular, it is required that professional teachers have the qualifications of “double division” and put forward higher requirements on the practical ability of teachers. Traveling to travel production practice is to achieve an important way to improve teachers’ practical ability. This article analyzes the existing problems in the production practice of travel management teachers in vocational colleges from four aspects of government, schools, enterprises and teachers themselves, and puts forward solutions.
