目的优选鹿红方的提取和纯化工艺。方法以黄芪甲苷、羟基红花黄色素A转移率及干膏得率为化学指标,采用正交设计试验,考察加水量、浸泡时间、提取时间对鹿红方提取工艺的影响。采用单因素试验对鹿红方的纯化工艺进行考察。结果优选的提取工艺为:加8倍量水,浸泡30 min,煎煮2次,每次30 min;优选的纯化工艺为高速离心法,转速为10 000 r/min,时间为10 min。结论本提取和纯化工艺合理、稳定、可行,为鹿红方的进一步研发提供了参考依据。
Objective To optimize the extraction and purification of deer red side. Methods Astragaloside Ⅳ, hydroxysafflor yellow A transfer rate and dry extract yield were used as chemical indexes. The effects of water addition, soaking time and extraction time on the extraction process of Lu Hong Fang were investigated by orthogonal design. The single factor experiment was used to study the purification process of Lu Hong Fang. Results The optimum extraction process was: add 8 times the amount of water, soak 30 min, boiling 2 times, each time 30 min; the preferred purification process for high-speed centrifugation, speed 10 000 r / min, the time was 10 min. Conclusion The extraction and purification process is reasonable, stable and feasible, which provides a reference for the further research and development of Lu Hong Fang.
