固硫灰是循环流化床燃煤发电产生的废渣,其排放堆积严重威胁环境,而将固硫灰作为混凝土矿物掺合料应用于建材领域是实现其资源化利用的最佳途径之一。通过研究掺固硫灰混凝土的抗压强度、抗冻性以及抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能,并与掺硅灰和掺粉煤灰组对比,得出了固硫灰作为矿物掺合料对高强混凝土性能的影响。结果表明,固硫灰的掺入有利于混凝土抗压强度、抗冻性以及抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的提高,且用固硫灰制备高强混凝土可充分利用固硫灰的膨胀性优势,提高混凝土密实性,改善混凝土的微观结构,从而提高混凝土的耐久性。
Sulfur-solidified ash is the waste residue generated by circulating fluidized bed coal-fired power generation, and its emission accumulation poses a serious threat to the environment. The application of solid sulfur as a concrete mineral admixture in building materials is one of the best ways to realize its resource utilization. By studying the compressive strength, frost-resistance and sulfate-resistance of concrete with sulfur-contained soot-lime concrete, and comparing it with silica fume-blended fly ash, the performance of high-strength concrete with solid sulphur as mineral admixture was obtained.
