患者女,58岁。主诉:左手示指末端皮下结节2年余。现病史:患者2年前无明显诱因左手示指末端屈侧出现一皮下结节,缓慢增大,无明显自觉症状,未予诊治。为明确诊断,于2015年1月10日来我科就诊。既往史、家族史及个人史:无特殊。体格检查:一般状况良好,全身系统检查均正常。皮肤科检查:左手示指末端屈侧一皮下结节,略高出于皮面,直径约0.3 cm,呈淡褐色,色素不均,界不清(图
Female patient, 58 years old. Chief Complaint: left hand refers to the end of subcutaneous nodules more than 2 years. Current history: The patient had no obvious incentive 2 years ago. The left hand showed a subcutaneous nodule on the terminal flexion, slowly increasing without any obvious symptoms and no diagnosis and treatment. To confirm the diagnosis, we visited our department on January 10, 2015. Past history, family history and personal history: no special.
