本文通过金相、硬度、X射线结构分析、耐磨与疲劳试验等方法研究了30CrMnSi钢离子硫氮碳共渗的特性,并与35CrMo钢作了对比研究。试验表明:30CrMnSi钢的离子硫氮碳共渗层致密,硬度高且梯度平缓,硫化物层较牢;其耐磨性和疲劳极限的提高幅度大且工艺稳定性好。比较经液体软氮化、气体软氮化、离子氨化和离子硫氮碳共渗后的30CrMnSi钢的耐磨性,表明,以离子硫氮碳共渗效果最好。我们认为30CrMnSi钢可做为氮化钢使用。
In this paper, the characteristics of ion-sulphided carbonitriding of 30CrMnSi steel were studied by means of metallography, hardness, X-ray structure analysis, wear resistance and fatigue test, and compared with 35CrMo steel. The results show that the ion-nitrided carbonitriding layer of 30CrMnSi steel is dense, with high hardness and gentle gradation, and the sulphide layer is relatively firm. The abrasion resistance and fatigue limit of the 30CrMnSi steel increase greatly and the process stability is good. The wear resistance of 30CrMnSi steel after soft nitriding, gas nitrocarburizing, ion ammoniation and ion-sulfur nitrocarburizing were compared. It shows that the effect of ion sulfur nitrocarburizing is the best. We think 30CrMnSi steel can be used as nitrided steel.
