目的探讨生长激素(GH)在子宫内膜生长不良患者人工冻胚移植(FET)周期中的应用。方法选取80例内膜生长不良患者,在FET时采用人工周期。试验组42例采用补佳乐联合生长激素,对照组38例单用补佳乐。结果在黄体转化日,试验组内膜厚度较对照组增厚,形态改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),内膜血流明显改善(P<0.01)。试验组的胚胎种植率、临床妊娠率较对照组高,而早期流产率则较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 GH在人工FET周期中可以增加子宫内膜厚度,改善内膜血流,提高内膜生长不良患者的妊娠率。
Objective To investigate the application of growth hormone (GH) in artificial frozen embryo transfer (FET) cycles in patients with endometrial dysplasia. Methods Eighty patients with endometrial dysplasia were selected and artificial cycles were used in FET. The trial group 42 cases of nadrogre combined with growth hormone, the control group of 38 cases of norepinephrine alone. Results On the day of luteal conversion, the intima thickness in the test group was thicker than that in the control group, the morphology was improved, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), and the endometrial blood flow was significantly improved (P <0.01). The embryo implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, while the rate of early miscarriage was lower, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusions GH can increase endometrial thickness, improve endometrial blood flow, and improve pregnancy rate in patients with endometrial dysplasia during artificial FET cycles.
