目的探讨老年原发性高血压(EH)患者血清生长激素(GH)、睾酮(T)和雌二醇(E2)水平的变化及其临床意义。方法采用放射免疫法测定了122例EH患者和40例非高血压患者的血清GH、T和E2水平,并进行统计分析。结果老年EH组血清GH和E2水平低于对照组(P<0.01),T差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。老年EH组中GH与E2水平呈正相关(P<0.05),两者与均无相关性(P均>0.05)。方差检验示:1、2、3级组间血清GH、T和E2均依次显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.05和P<0.01)。伴心脑血管并发症组血清GH、T和E2水平也均显著低于无并发症组(P<0.01,P<0.05和P<0.05)。结论老年EH患者GH和E水平显著降低,伴心脑血管并发症组GH和T水平更低,而且E2也显著降低。GH、T和E2水平均随EH患者血压分级升高而降低。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum growth hormone (GH), testosterone (T) and estradiol (E2) in elderly patients with essential hypertension (EH) and its clinical significance. Methods The serum levels of GH, T and E2 in 122 EH patients and 40 non-hypertensive patients were determined by radioimmunoassay and analyzed statistically. Results The levels of serum GH and E2 in elderly EH group were lower than those in control group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in T between the two groups (P> 0.05). There was a positive correlation between the level of GH and E2 in elderly EH group (P <0.05), both of which had no correlation (all P> 0.05). Variance test showed that serum GH, T and E2 were significantly decreased (P <0.01, P <0.05 and P <0.01, respectively) between 1,2,3 groups. Serum levels of GH, T and E2 in patients with cardiovascular complications were also significantly lower than those without complications (P <0.01, P <0.05 and P <0.05). Conclusions The levels of GH and E in elderly patients with EH are significantly lower. The levels of GH and T are lower in patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications, and E2 is also significantly lower. The levels of GH, T and E2 decreased with the increase of blood pressure in EH patients.
