SL—1型催化剂是用于抗烯烃转化制氢的国产催化剂。对其运转过程各个阶段的样品进行物相分析及其它物理化学性质的测试,不仅有助于深入了解该催化剂的性能,而且为今后在此催化剂的基础上改进和研制新催化剂提供参考数据。国外专利曾报导,转化制氢催化剂用Mg—Al尖晶石(MgAl_2O_4)作为催化剂载体,可提高催化剂的机械强度,稳定孔径结构,防止Ni晶粒迅速长大,从而保持催化剂的活性。本文主要是根据运转过程中的SL—1型催化剂样品X射线粉末衍射数据来剖析催化剂物相组成及其变化,确定了催化剂载体中的Mg—Al尖晶石结构。
SL-1 type catalyst is a domestic catalyst for producing hydrogen from olefin conversion. The phase analysis and other physicochemical properties of the samples during each phase of their operation not only help to understand the performance of the catalyst, but also provide reference data for the future improvement and development of new catalysts based on this catalyst. Foreign patents have reported that the conversion of hydrogen catalyst using Mg-Al spinel (MgAl_2O_4) as a catalyst carrier, can improve the mechanical strength of the catalyst, the stability of pore structure, to prevent the rapid growth of Ni grains, so as to maintain the activity of the catalyst. In this paper, the phase composition and the change of the catalyst were analyzed based on the X-ray powder diffraction data of the SL-1 catalyst sample during operation, and the structure of the Mg-Al spinel in the catalyst carrier was determined.
