目的研究乙醇对小鼠不同脑区脑片外源性摄取3H-γ-氨基丁酸(3H-GABA)功能的影响。方法离体培养脑片法和同位素示踪法。结果乙醇对小脑、中脑、间脑和大脑皮层脑片摄取3H-GABA有明显的抑制效应(P<0.01),戊四唑、青霉素、荷包牡丹碱加入乙醇后各脑区的摄取水平低于或处于正常水平,氨氧乙酸、印防己毒素、蝇蕈醇、戊巴比妥钠对各脑区脑片摄取3H-GABA都有促进作用,其中印防己毒素促进摄取最为明显。结论乙醇能通过影响GABA摄取系统的活动而实现对中枢的抑制效应
Objective To investigate the effect of ethanol on 3H-GABA (3H-GABA) uptake in different brain regions of mice. Methods In vitro cultured brain slice method and isotope tracer method. Results Ethanol had a significant inhibitory effect on 3H-GABA uptake in cerebellum, midbrain, midbrain and cerebral cortex slices (P <0.01). The uptake of ethanol by each of pentylenetetrazole, penicillin and bicuculline Lower than or at the normal level, ammonia oxyacid, picrotoxin, muscimol, pentobarbital sodium brain slices uptake of 3H-GABA have a role in promoting, of which toxins promote the most obvious absorption. Conclusion Ethanol can exert a central inhibitory effect on the activity of GABA uptake system
