目的探讨国际旅行卫生保健中心放射科在进行传染病监测体检过程中的质量管理经验,确保放射科在出入境传染病监测中充分发挥把关与服务双重职能作用。方法放射科在运行过程中制定切合放射科特点的规章制度,全面实施规范化、科学化管理,增强质量控制意识,努力提高工作人员投照质量和专业诊断水平。结果湖北国际旅行卫生保健中心宜昌分中心放射科在2011—2013年中,实现完善的现代化质量管理,提供最优质的X线影像和准确的诊断结论,检测出阳性病例481例,其中传染性肺结核疑似病例15例,有效控制了传染病的传入和传出。结论放射科应在工作中不断总结经验,做到持续的质量改进,提高摄片水平,提升诊断符合率,才能在出入境传染病监测体检中起到关键作用。
Objective To explore the experience of quality management in the radiology department of International Travel Health Care Center in carrying out the surveillance of infectious diseases so as to ensure that radiology can give full play to the dual functions of customs clearance and service in the surveillance of exit-entry infectious diseases. Methods The department of radiology established rules and regulations in line with the characteristics of radiology during the operation, implemented the standardized and scientific management in an all-round way, enhanced the awareness of quality control and made great efforts to improve the quality of staffing and professional diagnosis. Results In 2011-2013, Department of Radiology, Yichang Sub-center of Hubei International Travel Healthcare Center achieved perfect modern quality management and provided the best quality X-ray images and accurate diagnostic results. 481 positive cases were detected, of which infectious tuberculosis 15 cases of suspected cases, effectively control the spread of infectious diseases and spread out. Conclusion Radiology should continue to summarize the experience in the work, to achieve continuous quality improvement, improve the level of radiography and improve diagnostic accuracy, in order to entry and exit of infectious disease monitoring and physical examination play a key role.
