我队在某矿区施工6线4线孔时,下入φ89毫米套管155米,丝扣连接处用6101环氧树脂粘接,解决脱扣问题。其具体做法是:1.选好配方。我们选用粘接剂的配方是:6101树脂100克、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为6101树脂的10—15%、乙二胺7—8%。粘接丝扣24小时后用48英时管钳拧卸丝扣部位,验证粘接强度,如拧卸困难即可用,否则重新选择配方。
When the team constructed a six-wire and four-wire hole in a mining area, it dropped φ89 mm into a casing of 155 meters. The threaded connection was bonded with 6101 epoxy resin to solve the problem of tripping. Its specific approach is: 1. Choose the recipe. The formula for our choice of adhesives is 100 grams of 6101 resin, 10-15% of dibutyl phthalate and 6101 resin, and 7-8% of ethylenediamine. After 24 hours of bonding the screw thread, the 48-inch pipe clamp was used to unscrew the threaded part, and the adhesive strength was verified. If the screw is difficult to remove, the formula can be reselected.
