本文对和人们生活密切相关的两种饮用水:桶装纯净水和矿物质水进行了细菌总数和大肠菌群数的测定。其中,细菌总数的测定选用平板计数法[1],大肠菌群数的测定选用多管发酵法。

本文对和人们生活密切相关的两种饮用水:桶装纯净水和矿物质水进行了细菌总数和大肠菌群数的测定。其中,细菌总数的测定选用平板计数法[1],大肠菌群数的测定选用多管发酵法。经过检测分析,两种饮用水的这两项指标分别符合中华人民共和国卫生部于2003年9月24日发布的《瓶(桶)装饮用水卫生标准》[2]。
This article analyzes the total number of bacteria and coliform bacteria in two kinds of drinking water closely related to people’s life: bottled purified water and mineral water. Among them, the determination of the total number of bacteria using plate count method [1], the determination of coliform bacteria using multi-tube fermentation method. After testing and analysis, the two indexes of the two kinds of drinking water are respectively in conformity with the “Hygienic Standard for Bottled (Bottled) Drinking Water” issued by the Ministry of Health of the People’s Republic of China on September 24, 2003 [2].
