称重传感器是混凝土搅拌楼(站)自动配料重量秤的信号检测元件。它把重量变化转换为正比例的电信号,从而实现称重的显示与控制。称重传感器的性能选择是否合适,安装使用是否正确,在很大程度上决定了重量秤的精度及工作可靠性。微机称重装置也不例外。
The load cell is the signal detection element of the automatic batching weight scale for the concrete mixing plant (station). It converts the weight change into a proportional electrical signal to achieve the display and control of the weighing. Whether the performance of the weighing sensor is suitable or not, and whether the installation is used correctly determines the accuracy and reliability of the weighing scale to a great extent. Microcomputer weighing devices are no exception.
