分析不同受试者的Q-Tc及J-Tc间期的变化,并进行比较,发现陈旧性心肌梗塞(OMI)组的Q-Tc及J-Tc间期均与正常组接近;单纯的完全性右束支传导阻滞(CRBBB)组和OMI+CRBBB组仅表现Q-Tc间期延长,J-Tc间期与正常组接近;急性心肌梗塞(AMI)组和AMI+CRBBB组Q-Tc及J-Tc间期均明显长于正常组。结果提示:J-Tc间期较Q-Tc间期能更好地反映心室肌复极状态,对心室除极顺序正常和异常均适用,并认为J-Tc间期是判断AMI演变期一项可敏感而又可靠的诊断指标。
The changes of Q-Tc and J-Tc in different subjects were analyzed and compared. The Q-Tc and J-Tc intervals in old myocardial infarction (OMI) group were all close to those in normal group. Pure and complete The Q-Tc interval and J-Tc interval were similar between the CRBBB group and the OMI + CRBBB group. The Q-Tc and J-Tc in the acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and AMI + Interphase were significantly longer than the normal group. The results suggest that J-Tc interval can better reflect ventricular repolarization status than Q-Tc interval, and is suitable for the normal and abnormal ventricular depolarization sequence. It is considered that J-Tc interval is an indicator of the evolution of AMI Sensitive and reliable diagnostic indicators.
