Sr和Mg掺杂的稀土钙钛矿型氧化物LaGaO3(LSGM)是具有广泛应用前景的固体电解质材料。本文综述了LSGM薄膜制备的主要方法,讨论了各种方法的优缺点,最后对LSGM薄膜制备方法的进一步研究方向进行了展望。
Sr and Mg doped rare earth perovskite type oxide LaGaO3 (LSGM) is a solid electrolyte material with a wide range of applications. In this paper, the main methods of preparation of LSGM thin films are reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of various methods are discussed. Finally, the future research directions of LSGM thin films are also discussed.
