澳大利亚的职业教育近二十年来发展迅猛,在顶层设计和实践创新两个层面都独具特色。在顶层设计上,澳大利亚学历资格框架、培训包、注册培训机构、学历认定和核心能力框架五种制度最具有代表性;实践创新则包括了在职业教育机构的双重职能、教师的多重角色和生源的多元背景等操作模式。我国的职业教育可以借鉴其成功经验,改进衔接贯通机制、细化专业和课程标准、完善基础技能培养体系,实现又好又快发展。
Vocational education in Australia has developed rapidly in the past two decades and is unique in both its top-level design and practical innovation. In the top-level design, the five systems of qualifications, training packages, registration training institutions, academic qualifications and core competence framework in Australia are the most representative. Practical innovation includes dual functions in vocational education institutions, multiple roles of teachers and students Multiple background and other operating modes. China’s vocational education can learn from its successful experience, improve the mechanism of convergence, refinement of professional and curriculum standards, improve the basic skills training system, to achieve sound and rapid development.
