公立医院作为政府投资运营的非营利性医疗机构,一方面坚持公立医院的公益性质,把维护人民健康权益放在第一位,另一方面要兼顾医院良性运营和提高社会认可的服务效率。继续推进公立医院改革,构建一套不断完善的医院绩效考核机制,是充分调动发挥医务人员的积极性,准确把握社会公益性发展方向,实现公立医院健康可持续发展的重要管理措施。
As a non-profit medical institution operated and operated by the government, public hospitals adhere to the public welfare nature of public hospitals and give top priority to safeguarding people’s health rights and interests. On the other hand, public hospitals should give consideration to the benign operation of hospitals and the service efficiency of social recognition. Continuing to push forward the reform of public hospitals and building a continuous and perfecting mechanism of hospital performance appraisal are important management measures for fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of medical personnel, accurately grasping the development direction of public welfare and realizing the healthy and sustainable development of public hospitals.
