应用转基因玉米NK603品系特异实时定量PCR方法,测定含量为2%的转基因玉米NK603样品中旁侧片段(品系特异片段)的含量,并从扩增反应、数据处理以及微量移液器等不确定度来源,评定了测量的不确定度。结果表明,u A=0.0008,u B=0.001,u C=0.001,U=0.002,测量结果为1.9%±0.002。NK603品系特异实时定量PCR方法检测结果的主要不确定度来自检验过程中的随机效应。
The content of flanking fragments (lineage-specific fragments) in transgenic maize NK603 with 2% content was determined by using the specific real-time quantitative PCR method of NK603 strain of transgenic corn. The amplification reaction, data processing and the uncertainty of micropipette Source, assessed the uncertainty of the measurement. The results showed that u A = 0.0008, u B = 0.001, u C = 0.001, U = 0.002, and the measurement was 1.9% ± 0.002. The main uncertainty of the NK603 line-specific real-time PCR assay results is the random effect of the test.
