9月28日,省政府办公厅召开《湖北政报》第四次编委会暨1999年度发行工作会议。会议总结了1998年度《湖北政报》宣传发行、学习运用工作;表彰了先进;布置了1999年度政报宣传发行工作。《湖北政报》主编张维先主持会议并讲话,《湖北政报》副主编游先高作了题为《以优秀的办刊质量、稳中求升的发行数量的新成绩,迎接<湖北政报>创刊50周年》的工作报告。会议认为,自1997年第三次编委会和全省政报工作会议以来,《湖北政报》认真贯彻落实省长蒋祝平“办好湖北政报,促进依法行政”和“办好湖北政报、办出湖北特色”的批示,吸收各位编委和广大读者的意见、建议,紧紧围绕省委、省政府中
