[目的]报道某荷藕加工企业发生的一起急性硫化氢中毒事故,为加强同类型企业的职业卫生监督管理提供科学依据。[方法]收集事故现场调查资料和临床抢救资料,对事故原因进行分析。[结果]荷藕下脚料储存池内硫化氢浓度超过国家卫生标准,工人作业过程中未采取防护措施,救援人员盲目施救,最终导致7人死亡,2人急性中毒。[结论]荷藕下脚料在储存过程中会产生一定量的硫化氢、甲烷等有害气体,在清理时应采取一定的防护措施,有关部门应加强对荷藕加工企业的职业卫生监督管理。
[Objective] To report an acute accident of hydrogen sulfide poisoning in a lotus root processing enterprise and provide a scientific basis for strengthening the supervision and management of occupational health of the same type of enterprises. [Method] The accident scene investigation data and clinical rescue data were collected to analyze the cause of the accident. [Result] The concentration of hydrogen sulfide in the lotus root waste storage pool exceeded the national health standards. No protective measures were taken during the operation of the workers. Rescue workers blindly rescue and ultimately led to 7 deaths and 2 acute poisoning. [Conclusion] The lotus root scraps could produce a certain amount of harmful gas such as hydrogen sulfide and methane during the storage process. Some protective measures should be taken in the process of cleaning up. Relevant departments should strengthen the supervision and administration of occupational health in lotus root processing enterprises.
