开展文物保护法律法规执法检查,是省人大常委会今年的一项重要监督工作。为做好执法检查工作,省人大常委会成立了由省人大常委会副主任胡振鹏任组长,省人大教科文卫委主任委员程水凤任副组长,部分常委会组成人员、省人大代表为成员的执法检查组。检查的重点是政府及相关部门依法行政、保护文物安全,处理文物保护与经济建设、旅游发展的关系,整治和维护文物管理秩序,以及文物保护经费投入、文物保护机构和队伍建设的情况。
Carrying out law enforcement inspection of laws and regulations on the protection of cultural relics is an important oversight work conducted by the Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee this year. The inspection focuses on the administration by the government and relevant departments in accordance with the law, protecting the safety of cultural relics, handling the relationship between cultural relics protection and economic construction and tourism development, rehabilitating and maintaining the order of cultural relics management, as well as funding for cultural relics protection, institution for cultural relics protection and contingent building.
