本院应用时间荧光分辨法 (DELFIA)对宁波市及所属各县市 (区 ) 33家医院出生的 72 0 0例新生儿进行了促甲状腺素 (TSH)及苯丙酮尿症 (PKU)的筛查 ,结果被筛查新生儿中患新生儿甲低者 3例 ,发病率为 1/ 2 40 0 ,发现一过性甲低者 1例 ,占 1/ 72 0 0 ;PKU阳性 1例 ,发病率为 1/ 72 0 0 ,可疑阳性 3例。由于这两种病对新生儿生长发育造成的危害大 ,因此进行新生儿疾病筛查能早期快速的诊断和治疗 ,对开展优生优育提高人口素质具有重要意义。
In this study, 7200 neonates born in 33 hospitals in Ningbo and its affiliated counties (districts) underwent TSH and PKU screening using time-resolved fluorescence (DELFIA) The results were screened in neonates with neonatal hypothyroidism in 3 cases, the incidence was 1/2 40 0, found a transient hypothyroidism in 1 case, 1/72 0 0; PKU positive in 1 case, the incidence of Rate of 1/7200, suspicious positive in 3 cases. Because these two kinds of diseases are harmful to the growth and development of the newborn, it is of great significance to carry out the prenatal and postnatal care to improve the quality of the population in early diagnosis and treatment of neonatal disease screening.
