目的研究芦丁对糖尿病小鼠的降血糖作用。方法采用四氧嘧啶(45 mg·kg-1)诱导糖尿病小鼠模型。通过观察糖尿病小鼠一般症状,检测糖尿病小鼠糖耐量,血清中空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素敏感指数,白介素-6、白介素-1β和肿瘤坏死因子-α的表达以及肝脏丙二醛、过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶的活性,评估芦丁对糖尿病小鼠的降血糖作用。结果芦丁呈剂量依赖性改善糖尿病小鼠全身症状和糖耐量,增高胰岛素敏感指数和空腹胰岛素水平以及过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性,降低血清中空腹血糖、白介素-6、白介素-1β和肿瘤坏死因子-α水平以及肝脏丙二醛含量。结论芦丁可通过抗氧化应激和炎性反应而减轻胰岛素抵抗,进而减轻糖尿病。
Objective To study the hypoglycemic effects of rutin in diabetic mice. Methods Diabetic mice were induced by alloxan (45 mg · kg -1). By observing the general symptoms of diabetic mice, the glucose tolerance, fasting blood glucose, fasting insulin, insulin sensitivity index, interleukin-6, interleukin-1β and tumor necrosis factor-α in diabetic mice were measured, malondialdehyde (MDA) The activities of hydrogenase, glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase were evaluated to evaluate the hypoglycemic effect of rutin on diabetic mice. Results Rutin improved systemic symptoms and glucose tolerance, increased insulin sensitivity index and fasting insulin, as well as catalase, glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase activity in diabetic mice in a dose-dependent manner, Fasting blood glucose, interleukin-6, interleukin-1β and tumor necrosis factor-α levels and liver MDA content. Conclusion Rutin can reduce insulin resistance through anti-oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction, thus reducing diabetes.
