我国妇幼卫生事业正在以党的十四大精神为强大动力,加快改革与发展的步伐。本刊作为舆论阵地,根据全国妇幼卫生管理培训班提供的教材,相继介绍了有关领导、专家和专业工作者对妇幼卫生深化改革、强化管理,以适应社会主义市场经济发展的理论构想和实践探索。为了把“改革与发展”这一重大主题的研讨继续引向深入,更好地交流信息、指导实践,本刊从这一期起新设“改革论坛”栏目,编发了部分省(自治区)卫生厅领导同志应邀写来的精辟言论,并配发了照片。我们感谢这些领导同志在百忙中对本刊工作的热情支持,也希望各级政府、各有关部门的领导、专家以及所有关注妇幼卫生事业的作者、读者,充分利用“改革论坛”这个栏目踊跃表述真知灼见,“以广新闻”。当前,各地正在抓紧进行创建爱婴医院、促进母乳喂养的工作,这是我国妇幼卫生战线为进一步满足社会需求、实现对国际社会承诺的一项中心工作。本刊将继续大力宣传介绍这方面的新成果、新经验和新动态,欢迎各地、各单位及时来稿,以推动这项工作深入开展。这一期文章的编排有所变化,这是为了执行科技期刊编辑出版的国家标准(GB/T3179—92),增强本刊改革的力度。我们诚望广大作者、读者对本刊的编辑出版工作,不断惠赐改进的建议和意见。
The cause of maternal and child health in our country is taking the Party’s 14th National Congress as its strong driving force to accelerate the pace of reform and development. As a public opinion frontline, this journal has introduced the theoretical ideas and practical explorations of leading officials, experts and professional workers in deepening the reform of women and children’s health and strengthening management to adapt to the development of the socialist market economy in accordance with the teaching materials provided by the National Maternal and Child Health Management Training Course. . In order to continue to deepen the discussion on the major theme of “reform and development” and better exchange information and guide practice, the journal has set up a “Forum for Reform” column from this issue, and has compiled the health of some provinces (autonomous regions). Leading comrades in the hall were invited to write brilliant speeches and allotted photos. We thank these leading comrades for their enthusiasm and support for the work of the journal during their busy schedules. We also hope that leaders, experts, and all authors and readers who are concerned about the cause of maternal and child health at all levels of government, all relevant departments, will make full use of the reform forum to express their interest in this section. The journal will continue to vigorously publicize and introduce new achievements, new experiences and new developments in this area. We welcome all localities and units to submit contributions in a timely manner to promote this work in depth. The arrangement of this issue has changed somewhat. This is to implement the national standard (GB/T3179-92) for the editing and publication of scientific journals, and to strengthen the reform of the journal. We sincerely hope that the majority of authors and readers will work on the editing and publishing of this journal and continue to receive suggestions and suggestions for improvement.
