为了评价乙草胺对热带爪蟾Xenopus tropicalis早期发育阶段的影响,采用爪蟾胚胎致畸试验(FETAX)测定了乙草胺对爪蟾胚胎发育的致畸效应。结果表明,乙草胺对热带爪蟾胚胎的致畸中浓度(TC50)为有效成分1.20 mg/L,且能引起爪蟾腹部水肿、面部畸形、脊柱弯曲、尾巴弯曲、头部畸形等多种胚胎畸形。乙草胺的致畸指数(TI)为1.88,具有潜在的致畸风险。爪蟾蝌蚪在亚致死浓度的乙草胺中暴露4 d后,微核和单细胞凝胶电泳试验结果显示,乙草胺可导致蝌蚪血细胞的微核率显著升高,其尾部DNA含量和Olive尾矩两个指标也均显示细胞DNA受到损伤,且随着药剂浓度的增加,对DNA的损伤程度增强。
To assess the effect of acetochlor on the early developmental stages of Xenopus tropicalis, teratogenic effects of acetochlor on Xenopus embryonic development were determined using the Xenopus embryo teratogenicity test (FETAX).
