随着科技的发展和社会的不断进步,社会对高性能资源的需求量逐渐增多,尤其是复合材料的使用。通常利用硅烷YH一62来处理插层蒙脱土(OMMT)和木粉(WF),对其表面的状况进行处理,改变其原有的性质和特征,然后通过熔融的手段制备了OMMT/硅烷改性木粉(STWF)/聚氯乙烯(PVC)的复合型材料。然后通过对硅烷改性的效果研究,分析其反应的原理。事实证明,如果在其中加入适量的OMMT,就会改善木塑材料的力学性质,但如果添加量过高,就会造成木粉跟OMMT团聚,产生后界面层的现象,降低整体的性能。
