目前，心电图 （ECG）诊断心窒肥厚主要根据sokolow-Lyon电压诊断标准和Romhilt－Estes计分法~[1,2]，但此标准仍存在一定缺陷。为提高 ECG诊断心室肥厚的诊断率，确定较理想的诊断标准。近几年来，很多学者进行了研究探讨，发现了一些特异性较高的诊断指标。现就ECG诊断心室肥厚研究进展作一综述，并初步建立新的综合性诊断标准。
Currently, electrocardiogram (ECG) diagnosis of heart suffocation hypertrophy is mainly based on sokolow-Lyon voltage diagnostic criteria and Romhilt-Estes scoring method [1,2], but there are still some flaws in this standard. To improve the diagnostic rate of ECG diagnosis of ventricular hypertrophy, to determine the more ideal diagnostic criteria. In recent years, many scholars conducted research and found some high specificity diagnostic indicators. Now on ECG diagnosis of ventricular hypertrophy research progress is reviewed, and the initial establishment of a new comprehensive diagnostic criteria.
