目的:通过检测细胞周期相关核抗原K i-67的抗体(m onoclonal antibody of cell proliferation associatednuclear antigen,M IB-1)表达,研究不同病理类型颅咽管瘤细胞增殖性的差异及意义。方法:收集30例经手术治疗的颅咽管瘤病例,采用免疫组化SP法检测M IB-1在肿瘤组织中的表达,并计算M IB-1标记指数(M IB-1LI)。结果:M IB-1主要在颅咽管瘤基底细胞层表达,在指突样瘤组织及肿瘤组织内孤立的瘤细胞团中也有较多的M IB-1阳性染色细胞,造釉细胞型颅咽管瘤组织M IB-1LI显著高于鳞状乳头型颅咽管瘤(P<0.05)。结论:不同病理类型颅咽管瘤细胞增殖性存在明显差异,不同病理类型颅咽管瘤细胞增殖性的差异可能影响其预后。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the differences and significance of proliferation of craniopharyngioma cells in different pathological types by detecting the expression of m-Coc IgA-M i-67. Methods: Thirty cases of craniopharyngioma surgically treated were collected. The expression of MIB-1 in the tumor tissue was detected by immunohistochemical SP method and MIB-1 labeling index (MIB-1LI) was calculated. Results: MIB-1 was mainly expressed in the basal cell layer of craniopharyngioma. MIB-1 positive staining cells were also found in the solitary tumor cell clusters in the tumor-targeted and tumor tissues. Mucous cell-type skull MIB-1LI was significantly higher in pharyngolaryngeal tissues than in squamous papillary craniopharyngiomas (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: There are significant differences in the proliferation of craniopharyngioma cells between different pathological types. Differences in the proliferation of craniopharyngioma cells in different pathological types may affect their prognosis.
