目的:探讨微创穿刺抽吸加低温大剂量纳洛酮灌洗治疗脑出血的可行性及疗效。方法:对38例脑出血病人行微创穿刺抽吸加低温纳洛酮灌洗,以既往38例脑出血病人作对照组,比较两组病人的治疗总有效率、死亡率及治疗前后神经功能缺损评分。结果;治疗组总有效率为81.59%,与对照组比较有显著性差异。治疗组于治疗后第1d神经功能缺损评分即见明显减少,与对照组比较,不同时期神经功能缺损评分有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:微创穿刺抽吸加大剂量低温纳洛酮灌洗治疗脑出血可明显降低死亡率,提高生存质量,方法简单,疗效显著。
Objective: To explore the feasibility and efficacy of minimally invasive puncture and suction plus high-dose and high-dose naloxone lavage for cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: Thirty-eight patients with intracerebral hemorrhage underwent minimally invasive aspiration and low-temperature naloxone lavage. The former 38 patients with cerebral hemorrhage served as the control group. The total effective rate, the mortality rate and the neurological function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups Defect score. Results; The total effective rate was 81.59% in the treatment group, compared with the control group there was a significant difference. The neurological deficit score of the treatment group was significantly reduced at 1 day after treatment, and there was significant difference (P <0.05) in the neurological deficit score at different time points compared with the control group. Conclusion: Minimally invasive aspiration plus large doses of low-temperature naloxone lavage for cerebral hemorrhage can significantly reduce mortality and improve quality of life, the method is simple and the curative effect is remarkable.
