利用锥形量热仪对14种商用热塑性塑料的火灾燃烧性能参数进行了测试,计算出火势增长指数、发热指数、发烟指数和毒气生成指数,建立火灾危险评价模型。运用AHP法对该模型中的各因子进行分析,确定了各因子的权重,结合火灾危险综合指数对热塑性塑料火灾危险进行综合评价。结果表明:PS、PVC、ABS、PC/ABS等塑料的火灾危险性高于PC、PP。
Fire pyrolysis performance parameters of 14 kinds of commercial thermoplastics were tested by cone calorimeter. Fire growth index, heating index, smoking index and toxic gas generation index were calculated, and a fire risk assessment model was established. AHP method was used to analyze each factor in this model, and the weight of each factor was determined. Combined with the fire risk comprehensive index, the comprehensive evaluation of the thermoplastic fire hazard was carried out. The results show that the fire risk of PS, PVC, ABS, PC / ABS and other plastics is higher than PC and PP.
