Study Design 1. Study Young teachers 11 (all women). 2. Research methods to take the literature review, questionnaire survey, the combination of normal inspection methods. Questionnaire for self-made. 3. Research contents (1) Questionnaire is distributed. The questionnaire involves: the subjective consciousness of the teachers participating in the listening comprehension class; the performance and ability of the teacher in the listening comprehension class; and the teachers’ confusion.
