通过对LTE基站射频拉远模块热耗散特性和产品交付前加速筛选测试要求的阐述,分析了适合LTE基站的筛选测试应力和加速模型,设计了专门的LTE基站加速应力筛选测试装置。并结合MIL-HDBK-344A模型的特点,系统地介绍了基于MILHDBK-344A的LTE基站加速应力筛选测试的方案。通过产品实践应用总结了该方案的显著效果。
Based on the heat dissipation characteristics of LTE base station radio remote module and the requirements of accelerated screening test before delivery, the screening test stress and acceleration model for LTE base station are analyzed. A special LTE base station accelerated stress screening test device is designed. Combined with the characteristics of MIL-HDBK-344A model, this paper systematically introduces the scheme of accelerated stress screening test of LTE base station based on MILHDBK-344A. Through the practical application of the product, the remarkable effect of the solution is summarized.
