研究30 万吨乙烯付产物中C5 馏分的气相色谱分析方法。C5 馏分中的低沸点组分以25 % 的癸二腈涂渍在6201 型红色担体上(80 ~100 目) 作为固定相; 高沸点组分以GDX- 501(2m ×0.3m m 不锈钢柱) 作为固定相, 进行定性、定量测定。还研究了样品的预处理以及色谱条件对分离效果的影响, 从而确定了最佳色谱条件。
Gas chromatographic analysis of C5 cut in 300 kt ethylene by-product. The low-boiling point component of C5 fraction was coated on septum 6201 (80-100 mesh) with sebaconitrile as stationary phase. The high-boiling point fraction was eluted with GDX-501 (2m × 0.3μm stainless steel column ) As a stationary phase, qualitative and quantitative determination. The pretreatment of the sample and the influence of the chromatographic conditions on the separation were also studied to determine the optimum chromatographic conditions.
