研制了一款预冷型高频脉冲管制冷机,采用液氮来预冷脉冲管制冷机热端,对制冷机进行了设计计算,并对运行参数开展了实验研究。制冷机为同轴形式布置,采用置于液氮温区的长颈管及气库组合作为调相机构,回热器均采用不锈钢丝网作为蓄冷材料。在180W的输入电功下获得了675m W/20K的制冷量,在110W的输入电功下获得了12.2K的最低制冷温度,进一步对预冷的液氮采用抽气减压的方式降温到63K时,获得了11.9K的无负荷最低制冷温度。 A precooling high frequency pulse tube refrigerator was developed.
