为解决利用斜轧方法生产热塑性较差、难变形、高合金的无缝管材问题,研究了一种短流程生产无缝钢管的新工艺,即斜连轧工艺,它将传统的穿孔和轧管放置在一道工序中完成,是对两步法生产无缝钢管工艺的探索。首先利用有限元软件对斜连轧工艺进行探索性研究,分析了温度场等的分布情况。进而在斜连轧试验台上对斜连轧工艺展开试验,试验表明,斜连轧工艺能够穿轧出无缝钢管。研究初步获得了新工艺的基本规律,验证了斜连轧工艺的可行性,这种工艺的发展能够有效提高管材产品的质量和生产效率。
In order to solve the problem of producing less thermoplastic, hard-deformable and high-alloy seamless pipe by means of the slash-rolling method, a new process of short-flow production of seamless steel pipe, namely the oblique continuous rolling process, Placed in a process to complete, is a two-step production of seamless steel pipe technology exploration. First of all, exploratory finite element software was used to research on the process of oblique continuous rolling. The distribution of temperature field and so on were analyzed. And then in the oblique continuous rolling test bench on the oblique continuous rolling process to start the test, the test showed that the process of oblique continuous rolling can be rolled out of seamless steel pipe. Preliminary study of the basic laws of the new process to verify the feasibility of oblique continuous rolling process, the development of this technology can effectively improve the quality of pipe products and production efficiency.
