2008年5月,最高人民法院中国应用法学研究所发布了《涉及家庭暴力婚姻案件审理指南》(以下简称《指南》),并选择在全国9个法院进行试点。《指南》发布近一年来,受到了社会各界的关注和认可。不过,在试点过程中也出现了一些疑惑和问题。为了进一步从制度规范和司法实践的层面推进反家庭暴力的工作,2009年4月20日至4月23日,为配合最高人民法院《指南》试点工作,全国妇联在湖南长沙召开了中澳合作国家级反对家庭暴力培训研讨会。
In May 2008, the Supreme People’s Court of China Institute of Applied Law released the Guidance on Trial of Domestic Violence Marriage Cases (hereinafter referred to as the Guide), and chose to conduct trials in 9 courts throughout the country. The “Guide” was released in the past year, has been the concern and recognition of all sectors of society. However, there were some doubts and problems during the pilot. In order to further promote anti-domestic violence work from the aspects of system standardization and judicial practice, from April 20 to April 23, 2009, in order to meet the pilot work of the Supreme People’s Court, the All China Women’s Federation held a Sino-Australian cooperation in Changsha, Hunan Province National Seminar on Domestic Violence Training.
