药品的质量及其使用的安全性、有效性、合理性是关系人民健康的两大问题,而把住了药品生产、流通、使用等环节中人(即药师)的素质这一关,产品质量、工作质量就有了保证。因此,尽快制定一部适合国情的执业药师法有着重要的意义。笔者通过查阅国内外有关文献及调查研究,对制定我国执业药师法提出以下建议,并进行讨论。 The quality of medicines and the safety, effectiveness and rationality of their use are two major issues that concern the health of the people, but they are related to the qualities of people (that is, pharmacists) in such fields as the production, distribution and use of medicines.
