婴儿秋冬季腹泻,目前尚无特效疗法,我院于1980年10月至1981年元月,试用山莨菪硷双足三里穴封治疗36例,报告如下。治疗方法凡本组治疗者,均不用抗生素。除对症治疗外,如有明显脱水和酸中毒者,均用6∶2∶1和硷性药液,纠正水电解质紊乱。烦躁者用镇静药。用山莨菪硷(654—2)注射液,进行双足三里穴封治疗,3天为一疗程。剂量:年龄在6个月以下,每侧穴1.5毫克;7～12月每侧穴2.5毫克;13月～2岁每侧3毫克,每日两次。
