一般认为,窦性P波是指心电图中Ⅱ,ⅢavF导联P波正向,avR导联P波负向,其他导联P波因P电轴变化而出现相应的变化。要熟练掌握P波在各导联中的变化,必须先了解窦性P波之变化与向量环的关系。1.P波形态:正常窦性P波呈圆顶形,顶端光滑、圆钝,电压不超过0.25mv,时间不超过0.11秒。由于窦性P电轴的变化较大,故除Ⅱ,avR外,其他导联中的P波方向变化较大。
Generally believed that sinus P wave refers to the ECG Ⅱ, ⅢavF lead P wave positive, avR P wave negative lead, lead other P wave P axis due to changes in the corresponding changes.
