中国轮胎行业的骨干企业世界轮胎工业50强排名第20位的山东成山橡胶集团,1999年又以全年完成工业总产值25亿元,实现销售收入16.7亿元,创利税2.3亿元的辉煌业绩,昂首阔步迈进21世纪。省人代会前夕,记者采访了省九届人大代表、山东成山橡胶集团董事长兼总经理、党委书记郑维峰。郑维峰告诉记者,成山橡胶集团自实施股份制改造以来,企业全员劳动生产率提高了近两倍,在全国轮胎行业70%的企业效益滑坡、40%的企业亏损、行业利润下降30%的情况下,成山橡胶集团利税却能跃居全国同行业前茅,成山牌轮胎产销量也居全国同行业第一,这些成绩的取得无不得益于坚持改革发展,坚持科技兴企。“改革发展和科技兴企是成山橡胶集团的成功之路”。郑维
