为了探测人类长寿因素与大颗粒淋巴细胞的关系,我们进行了血液细胞形态学及免疫学的新概念——大颗粒淋巴细胞(LGL)的观察。大颗粒淋巴细胞是通过瑞氏染色在光镜观察下即在淋巴细胞浆内含有显目的嗜天青颗粒的淋巴细胞。它的免疫功能早已被人们所确认,但随着人类年龄的增长,大颗粒淋巴在数的方面是否起着变化,为此我们对各年龄组的血液涂片进行观察,现将结果报道如下。对象与方法一、通过健康体格检查,选择未发现有肝、肾、血液等疾病的健康人及生活能自理的90~103岁的长寿老人,共691人。其中20~59岁为267人,60~89
In order to detect the relationship between human longevity and large granulocyte lymphocytes, we performed a new concept of blood cell morphology and immunology - the observation of large granulocyte lymphocytes (LGL). Large granulocytes are Wright’s stains that contain predominantly azurophilic granulocytes in the lymphocyte plasma under light microscopy.
