国有大型企业如电力、电信、石油、石化、铁路、钢铁等每年需招聘大量新员工并进行岗前培训,同时,伴随科技的进步、工艺的改进,也需要对现有员工进行相关技能培训,此时企业的培训中心发挥着重要作用,归根结蒂还是要有一批符合企业发展需求的高水平培训师。本文以电力企业培训中心的师资队伍建设为例,提出了培训师从基层而来的三级选拔制度,对其他行业同样有借鉴意义。
