目的研究一种针对化学毒剂的泡沫洗消剂。方法以氯磷酸二苯酯(G-试剂模拟物)和马拉硫磷(VX模拟物)的洗消效果为评价指标,采用控制变量法,调节洗消剂浓度为1.5%~4.0%、洗消剂p H为8.0~10.0、过氧化氢与碳酸氢钠配比1∶4~4∶1以及洗消时间长短,分别评价其对化学毒剂模拟物洗消效率的影响。结果在最优的洗消条件下,两种化学毒剂模拟物在浓度为10 g/m~2的泡沫洗消剂作用下,分别在5 min、30 min内洗消效率达到99%以上。结论该泡沫洗消剂具有广谱、高效的洗消能力。
Objective To study a foam decontaminator for chemical agents. Methods The decontamination effect of diphenyl chlorophosphate (G-agent simulant) and malathion (VX simulant) was used as evaluation index. The control variable method was used to adjust the concentration of decontamination agent to 1.5% -4.0% The effect of chemical agent simulants on the decontamination efficiency of chemical toxin simulants was evaluated respectively with p H of 8.0 to 10.0, hydrogen peroxide to sodium bicarbonate ratio of 1: 4 to 4: 1 and the time of decontamination. Results Under the optimum conditions of decontamination, under the action of foam decontaminant with the concentration of 10 g / m ~ 2, the two kinds of chemical toxin simulants can achieve the efficiency of over 99% within 5 min and 30 min respectively. Conclusion The foam decontaminant has a broad spectrum of efficient decontamination capabilities.
